trying to figure out what to do with this little fella

the original idea was to have him carried by a million fireflies, feeling inspired by owl city
and then I changed the fireflies to one ginormous butterfly, with really cool patterned wings
and then my housemate John thought of a dog-parachute....or for some reason a massive tick (the ones that bite)...thanks John.
and then I thought of fluffy sheep baloons
and now the idea is a Da Vinci-esque contraption with cogs and make-shift wings.

...He wants to fly! Something WILL make him fly!
